Foiled again!

Once again plans go to to San Telmo (and this time also a Fútbol game) were foiled by the rain!

I think the weather gods like to mock me and always rain on my parade (or plans) when I have time to explore the city.

I need to get started on my ¨To See/Eat/Go to¨list! I can´t believe it´s almost Septiembre! That means I only have 3 y medio meses left!
